From adaptive reuse of existing buildings, to ground-up construction of new buildings, RAYN’s team has worked on projects with capitalizations ranging from $4 million to $180 million. Our team of experienced developers of office and retail, student housing, self-storage, urban mixed-use, urban redevelopment, historic downtown redevelopments and condominiums makes us flexible to see value where other groups may not. We have a track record of partnering with cities and municipalities, utilizing special district financing mechanisms such as TIF districts, and securing grants based on historic preservation and other state and federal programs.
RAYN Capital actively invests in both RAYN Development sponsored projects and third-party opportunities. When raising capital for projects, our goal is to provide individual investors an opportunity to participate in professionally managed commercial real estate projects that diversify their portfolio and provide a passive investment with a good chance of above average returns.
