Raymond (Ray) Gary Nestlehutt ll started the entrepreneurial centered RAYN Development Company to capture real estate opportunities in the various non-urban southeastern commercial markets. Ray is also a co-founding partner with CityLife Development Partners whose  primary focus is on the urban core market of Atlanta. Ray has worked on some of the most lucrative and complex transactions in Atlanta. His work at CityLife helped bring together the pieces that created attractive urban high density mixed use projects that will stand the test of time and produce exceptional return for the tenants, neighborhoods and investors. Prior to forming his development and capital firms Ray was essential to the growth of many companies and developments through his work as a commercial broker at Richard Bowers & Company, one of the largest private brokerage firms the southeast. He has worked in every facet of the commercial real estate field from investment sales to tenant/landlord representation. Before discovering his passion for the  commercial real estate field over 17 years ago, Ray was a constant entrepreneur. He started mutiple businesses throughout Georgia. He did this while also attending college at several schools including Georgia Military College for his Associates Degree, Georgia College & State University where he was President of Pi Kappa Alpha and Georgia State University where he recieved his Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. Ray currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
